Product Administrator

The Role in a Nutshell

At HALIGHT, the Product Administrator is organized, tech-savvy and passionate about technology and e-Learning. Working as part of the Product Administration and Support Team, the Product Administrator possesses in-depth knowledge of HALIGHT's product suite and utilizes system admin tools to complete customer requests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Set-up promotions and reward initiatives within HALIGHT products
  • Prioritize and complete first-response SLAs and competing tasks within tight deadlines
  • Assist with administrative set-up of new systems using admin tools
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to tend to customer requests daily
  • Perform ad-hoc system reporting
  • Collaborate with the Support team to handle end-user issues, as required
  • Lead ticket triage requests in JIRA Service Management
  • Attend ticket triage meetings with Product Owner and Technical Lead
  • Scribe and record meetings
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all communication with customers and Client Success Liaisons
  • Update tickets
  • Support client JIRA Service Management requests
  • Set up Product Administrator items including (but not limited to): banners and widgets, course uploads, sweepstakes and giveaways
  • Collaborate with Support Team to investigate issues brought forward by end-users or the client
  • Prepare analytics for internal growth
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication to colleagues, clients and outside vendors
  • Follow SOPs, recognize emergencies, and follow proper procedures for security breaches
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and customer details
  • Additional duties as required

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or Project Management
  • Minimum 1 year of project coordination or project administration experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, strong communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software with ease
  • Desire to grow within the organization
  • Excitement about technology and e-Learning
